REFUNDS ARE NOT ALLOWED UNLESS THE FOLLOWING OCCURS

1.-OWNER SHIPS A DEFECTED ITEM. 

2.-OWNER SHIPS THE WRONG SIZE OR ITEM

-IF YOU PROVIDE THE WRONG ADDRESS OR SIZE WE ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO ISSUE YOU A REFUND

if you still need a refund and you have #1 or #2 you must pass these polices below.

*Merchandise must be returned within 30 calendar days of receipt.

*Merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed in original packaging with tags attached

*Sale / discounted items items are final sale

*Shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs fees are non-refundable on returns or exchanges.

* If the order being returned took advantage of a promotion, i.e. free shipping, the value of the promotion will be deducted from the refund.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
